"This just came in the mail." Mrs. Kindell said handing an unopened envelope marked with a court house stamp. "Open it, it's probably a law suit." Mr. Kindell said. Nervously Mrs. Kindell carefully opened the enevelope. "She's suing us for brainwashing her daughter against her." Mrs. Kindell read from the letter. "What day is the court hearing?" Mr. Kindell asked, "Tomorrow afternoon." Mrs.Kindell replied, "We'd better get a babysitter for Amy then." Mr. Kindell said, "I'll arrange with Alison now." Mrs. Kindell replied,

Amy tells her birth mother that she doesn't want to live with her.
"You may be the mother that gave birth to me, but you ARE not my mother, and so I don't want to live with you, I want to stay here, with my REAL mother." Amy told her bioligical mother, "You made her say that, did't you?" Amy's birth mother asked, turning to Mrs. Kindell, "I did no such thing." She shook her head. "I don't beleive you." Amy's birth mother replied, "Whether you beleive me or not, Amy just told you that she didn't want to live with you, so I suggest that you leave my property right now." Mrs. Kindell replied sternly, without a word, Amy's birth mother left the house, closing the front door with a loud bang.

"Amy, do you want to go and live with your biological mother?" Mrs. (Kindell) asked Amy, after she'd taken her to the side. "No, I don't know her, I want to stay here with you two. you're my real parents, you're the ones that took care of me all of these years." Amy replied, "Do you want to tell your mom that, or shall I?" Mrs. (Kindell) asked, "You can tell her, I'm going up to my room." Amy replied, as she started for the stair case.
